Coalescence Series is centered around combining the elements of four important periods of fashion history: Elizabethan fashion, French Revolution, 1920s, and 1940s. This series is a reflection of some of the most radical changes in fashion history that represent the cultural changes of that time in history.

A visual representation of emotions inspired by the beautiful compendium of words by John Koenig, The Dictionary of Obscure Sorrows.
Rubatosis: The unsettling awareness of your own heartbeat.
Chrysalism: The amniotic tranquility of being indoors during a thunderstorm.
Vellichor: The strange wistfulness in used bookshops.
Kuebiko: A state of exhaustion inspired by acts of senseless violence.
Opia: The ambiguous intensity of looking someone in the eye, which can feel simultaneously invasive and vulnerable.
Enouement: The bittersweetness of having arrived in the future, seeing how things turn out, and not being able to tell your past self.
